Requirement: How best would you describe how your organizational learnt?

I am Shen Ying (Nebula), and this is my second semester of master course of ITE in HKU. I completed my bachelor degree in Mainland China, which is much more different with Hong Kong university. Taking into consideration the five principles that are crucial for schoolsto become learning organizations given by Senge et al. (2000), my college can be categorized below average in ICT implementation in education and school organization management.

Requirement: Report on your present or previous experiences in the workplace. How best would you describe how your organization learns?

1. Background Information about my previous workplace

I worked as an English teacher in the largest language training school in Beijing, which is named New Oriental Technology & Education Group (NOG). Though my workplace is always believed to be an active reformer in education realm of mainland China by its competitors and many Chinese educators and, it still can not be counted as a good learning organization considering mainland’s whole picture of backward education.

How best would you describe how your organizational learnt?

Hi everyone~

I'm SHI Yi,Eleven. I'm from Hangzhou, China and now a full-time student of MSc LIM. I owned a bachelor's degree in Arts with specialty of Radio & Television Journalism in Zhejiang University City College before I came to HKU. My college is a traditional education organization which has made positive change roughly towards the five principles developed by Senge et al., however, the performance of change is unobvious.
