Television is a profitable industry and certainly, the staff work in TV station always get high income. Their high income contains two parts: the basic salary and payment for program (payment for program is just like the bonus in general companies). Basic salaries are mostly similar, but the payments for program would be so different. If you want to get higher income, you must try everything possible to enhance the program quality. Professional development (PD) refers to any organizations’ arranged paths for employees to improve their skills to adapt to changes. According to ERIC database, “professional development for teachers” has more specification than the general definition of PD:

"PD for teachers refers to “activity to enhance professional career growth”. Such activities may include individual development, continuing education, and in-service education, as well as curriculum writing, peer collaboration, study groups, and peer coaching or mentoring."

PD is important to most organizations for human resources (HR) are one of their most valuable assets, and PD can help them cultivate and improve the quality of their HR.

It’s an Information Explosion Age, multifarious information around our life. Most of useful Information must be well organized in order to permit understanding, access, synthesis, analysis, and communication. Getting through the different ways such as collection, purchase and transfer from other museums, Guangdong museum has possessed more than 160.000 exhibits which contain nearly 130,000 artifacts and approximately 30,000 nature resources. Meanwhile, the museum either collects ten thousands of books referring the history and art.
